Our shake shingle was installed Friday. They also wrapped the garage doorways in trim. Lots of other really important things happened this week but nothing particularly picture worthy. ie the AC/furnace units and hot water heater were set as wll as septic and propane tanks. Our wood floor was delivered this week as well. It looks so pretty in the box. I can't wait to see it on the floor!

Ya ya ya, now about that septic tank....is it...um, you know, grande. I'll be there almost 4 days at Christmas time. You do remember Christmas 2008, need I mention "The incident". How is Steve the septic guy doing anyway? Probably pretty good after that night, since he doesn't have to worry about having enough to put his kids through college. Whatever though, he earned it.

Hey I was just noticing that you are missing some rock there by your front porch. Which brought my attention to a possible design flaw. Your front door isn't very accesable. You may want to stack some cinder blocks or maybe a couple boards as a ramp. If you need any other design ideas just shoot me an email.
