The boys and I just returned from a fun filled few days in Illinois. It was a quick trip that we managed to squeeze in 4-wheeling, a car show, two shopping trips, a movie, a round of texas hold 'em, a visit with an old friend (great seeing you Sara!), mom and I took a walk to the high school where, low and behold, cheerleading camp was in progress--talk about a walk down memory lane, etc. Thanks for a great trip!

Fishing Trip

I had a wonderful evening catching up with two of my dearest, oldest friends (not age), Heather and Carmin. I enjoy the two of them just as much as adults as I did when we were kids. Probably even more!

While I was out laughing it up with the girls, Scott and the boys went fishing. As you can tell from the picture, they were successful. They caught about twenty fish. These are two of the biggest, weighing 8 and 8 1/2 pounds.
