I had to laugh because I gave this blog entry it's title and Jacob asked what does viva mean. I began singing the Elvis version and his reply was, "Isn't that the viagra commercial song? Viva viagra...". Too funny.
Anyway, Scott and I had a blast in Las Vegas. We took in a couple of shows, ate many wonderful meals (Thanks for the Mon Ami Gabi recommendation Dad & Martha. Their steaks rocked!)and actually walked around town holding hands like we did pre-kids. We enjoyed three glorious days together until my last evening there, Scott got food poisoning, spending the rest of the evening and all night long sick in the bathroom. We've been to Vegas 3 times in the last four years and he has had food poisoning 2 of the 3 times. I'm beginning to think that too much alone time with me makes Scott want to puke. Should I be offended?

Quit eating at the $1.99 all you can eat buffets and maybe this will stop happening. Hopefully you guys paid for two dinners and didn't have to share a plate. This is a valuable lesson though. Any time I eat with Scott I will not order the same as him, as he seems to order the super sized food poisoning combo quite often.
Maybe you should brown bag it - if Jacob doesn't know what that is, say lunchbox - which kids may still have no clue, so tell him you're taking a PBJ or two with you! You might have to sneak them in to the swanky hotels, but hey - you wont barf them up. Remember, don't pack anything with mayo - or the same thing will happen.
