See my new piece of exercise equipment. I step on, step off several times in a row and repeat throughout the day. Certainly I can count that as exercise. Can't I?

If you shift the scale around the floor a little , you may be surprised at the lower number. Plus, it makes you feel so good !Sometimes it takes a lot of shifting, though.

I have found that if you stand on the scale with 1 foot...you'll weigh about 15pounds less..
