I still have ears

I had been thinking about double piercing my ears for a while. Finally after some consideration, I decided that while I was out shopping with the girls at Christmas I would do it. I went into Claire's or Icing (I can't remember) and they wanted $60 to pierce my ears. Being the cheapskate that I am, I thought that was a ridiculous amount and I refused. Someone mentioned that Walmart sells a piercing kit, so we went to check it out. It's true! For $18 they sell the piercing gun, earrings, and care kit. All it takes is a shot of whiskey for the piercer (that would be Martha in this case) and two for the piercee. There was only one uttered "oops" that was a little scary, but 7 weeks later, I have removed my "starter" earrings and I'm ready to go. See being cheap isn't so bad!
