Scott's New Truck

Here's a picture of Scott's new ride. 2005 Ford F150, 4X4. We kept the car for gas mileage, business use, and a teenager that will be driving in the near future but added the truck for hunting, hauling and carrying trash to the dump. I'm afraid he's working up to a boat to be pulled by his truck. Do you think he knows that I'm on to him?

I'm pulled up at the light on 109 down by the interstate heading towards home. I'm in the left lane so I can get the jump on some slowpoke that might pull up in the right....then, a huge white truck pulls up. And up again...thinking it was Joseph - we looked over, but it was Scott. The light turned green and I had to do it....risk or no risk...ask Scott how the back of the Mini looked as I blew right past him and some other pokey joe that managed to get in front of both of us!!! Thank God there wasn't a copy waiting up the hill!!!

Very nice truck - for a truck. Maybe you could give me and the Mini a ride around town...Joseph always offers to put my car in the bed of his truck - you could too...it would really save on my gas mileage!

Hah--you think you have me pegged; but ask Margaret Crow's husband what I am working up to. . . . .

and Kwj--I let you win; if I had punched it; I would have had to stop for gas and they closed the gas station at 109 & 70!

Too funny, little brother. I guess, if we were in a real RALLY situation - you would STILL lose...if you had to stop for gas every 5 miles!!

When are we ever going to start acting our ages??? NEVER!

Nice truck. It's about time. To respond to Kwj, if you guys started acting your age wouldn't you be in a "home".

Maybe a home for adults who LAUGH IN THE FACE OF DANGER and have an incredible need to win. It would be out west in the desert and we could have speed trials daily and we'd hang out with others of our kind not those of you that all you see of us is a BLUR when we blow by you.

Then at night, we could all watch Days of Thunder, Talledaga Nights and The Italian Job.

If that's retirement, I can't wait!

to g.m:

Don't make me drive over your little rice burner. . . . .

Just be patient, I may have to stop for gas a couple of times along the way!!! I remember now one of the reasons we got rid of the suburban!

You know why there are so many fords on the road? They never made it home. RICE POWER. Just kiddin I think thats the best looking ford they've put out since the f-100.

I heard you purshased this vehicle in anticipation of a large sum of money you expected to receive from a wager made on Monday's SEC BIG10 matchup. Looks like your gamble paid off and now you can pay for your truck.
